Our journey started on the morning ferry to Sidney BC

We greet Rick and Marita and start by chillin' on the flying bridge.

Rick and I went "hunting" in the dingy and caught this stately heron....

which got scared off by this magnificent peregrine

She's one of the finest of her class - all teak inside. Like turning the clock
back a full century.
